Thank you for using services from AyAMi Group ("AyAMi Group," “AyAMi,” “Company,” “We,” “Us” or “Our”).

AyAMi recognizes the importance of safeguarding the personal information provided to us by the users of our website, www.ayamigroup.com (collectively the “Site” or “Website”).  AyAMi has implemented this privacy policy (the “Policy”) and internal policies and practices to keep its users’ (collectively, “you,” “your” or “User(s)”) personal and financial information secure.

The Policy covers our treatment and use of personally identifiable information and/or personal data that is collected via the Site (the “Personal Information”) from Users when such Users electronically communicate with or otherwise access the Site.  This Privacy Policy covers only Personal Information that is collected through the Site and does not govern Personal Information collected from any other source or in any other manner.

AyAMi Group provides an easy way for consumers to tour residential properties that are listed for sale. We appreciate your use of and contributions to www.ayamigroup.com and/or our related services (collectively known as the "Services," or, each individually, a "Service"). AyAMi respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We comply with our Privacy Policy, as well as applicable U.S. privacy law, when we gather and use information from users of the Services. We encourage you to read this privacy policy to understand what we do with the information we collect from you. Your use of the Website constitutes an acceptance of this Privacy Policy and forms a legally-binding contract between the Company and you. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, immediately discontinue use of the Site. In addition, to revoke consent to the use of your information and to have your information removed from our database, contact us using the contact information listed at the end of this Privacy Policy and your information will be deleted.

If you interact with the Site as both a Seller and a Buyer, the respective privacy statements apply to your different interactions.

Collection of Information

When you use the Services, we collect a variety of information.

Information you provide

When using the Services, you may provide information about yourself, such as name, address, phone number, email and details around a potential transaction. This may occur, for example, when you register on AyAMi Group, correspond with a real estate agent or other service provider via the Services, or complete other forms. You may also provide information about a third party through the Services, for example, if you share a real estate listing with a recipient via email. We may combine this information with other information we collect from your interaction with the Services or from other companies.

Cookies and Web beacons

Cookies are bits of electronic information that can be transferred to your computer or other electronic device to uniquely identify your browser. When you use the Services, we may place one or more cookies on your computer or other electronic device. We may use cookies to connect your activity on the Services with other information we store about you in your account profile or your prior interactions on the Services to, for example, store your preferences. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website. Google Analytics gathers information about website use by means of cookies. Third-party Cookies

We work with service providers and advertising networks to track and manage cookie information and your activities while you're using the Services and your online activities over time and across different websites. For example, third-parties may use cookies to deliver advertisements to you based on your visit to the Services. For additional information, please refer to the section below entitled, "Behavioral Advertising." You may opt-out of cookie tracking and analysis from any of these service providers and advertising networks by opting out of collection of information, which is explained further below. We have implemented Google Analytics remarketing, which tracks and manages cookie information so that we and third-party service providers can better deliver advertisements that are relevant and useful to you on AyAMi Group websites and various websites across the Internet. We have also implemented Google Analytics display network impression reporting to better understand how ad impressions and ad services are related to visits to our sites. Mobile Device and Mobile Browser

You may adjust settings on your mobile device and mobile browser regarding cookies and sharing of certain information, such as your mobile device model or the language your mobile device uses, by adjusting the privacy and security settings on your mobile device. Social Networks

If you use the social networking connection functions offered through the Services, we may access all of your social network profile information that you have made available to be shared and to use it in accordance with this privacy policy. Calls

Calls to AyAMi Group or to third parties through AyAMi Group may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and customer service purposes. If a call is recorded between you and a third party, it will be deemed private information of both you and the third party, and may be released to either of you.

Usage and Disclosure

When you use the Services, your computer or other electronic device communicates a variety of information to computer servers, including the existence of cookies, your Internet Protocol address, and information about your browser program. We also create a record of what information you are requesting, such as the page or subject areas you're visiting.

In general, AyAMi Group uses the information collected from you to communicate with you and operate our Services. AyAMi Group also uses this information to respond to your requests and present you with advertising that we believe will be of interest or useful to you. Your privacy is important and we are committed to protecting information that identifies you personally, where you have chosen to keep it private ("Personal Information"). We will only share Personal Information that you provide outside the public areas of the Services in the following circumstances:

Your Consent

Your consent may be implied from the circumstances or may be expressly given for a particular purpose.  For example, when you submit your Personal Information to us, you are consenting to the collection, handling, use and disclosure of your Personal Information for the purposes identified or apparent at the time of collection and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

You are also able to connect to the Site and access the Services through Facebook. If you log in using Facebook, you give us permission to access your information from that service and to store your log-in information from that service.

When you register for an account through the Site, we may provide you with the opportunity to receive information from companies or individuals who have services, products, information and/or offers that we think might be of interest to you. If you elect to receive such information or offers, AyAMi may from time to time provide your contact information to these entities so that they may send you such information. If you no longer want us to share your contact information with others, follow the instructions set forth in the Opting In and Opting Out of Electronic Communications section in this Policy. If you no longer want to receive information from those third parties, you will need to opt out of those communications by following the instructions set forth in such other parties’ privacy policies.

Certain services offered at this Site may be co-sponsored by another company. If you provide information to AyAMi in connection with a co-sponsored service, the information you provide will be used for the purpose for which you provided the information and may be shared with that co-sponsor partner. Your Personal Information may also be used by us for other purposes in accordance with our privacy policy and by the co-sponsor partner in accordance with that party’s privacy policy. If you wish to opt-out of a co-sponsor partner’s future use of your Personal Information for marketing or other purposes, you will need to contact the co-sponsor partner directly.

You must be 18 years of age to use the Site.  AyAMi does not knowingly collect or maintain any Personal Information from children under the age of 13, and no part of this Site is designed with the purpose of attracting such children.  If you use the Site from any country outside the United States, the various communications will necessarily result in the transfer of information across international boundaries.  By visiting the Site, you consent to these transfers.

Service providers to AyAMi

When AyAMi hires a service provider to help operate the Services or our business, AyAMi may give access to Personal Information only as necessary to perform the service for AyAMi, and subject to the terms of this privacy policy.

Partners with whom we conduct business

AyAMi may give business partners access to Personal Information only as necessary to offer products and services with those business partners, and subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.  Business partners include, but are not limited to, real estate agents, financial lenders, closing agents, and other vendors involved in transactions related to selling and buying residential properties.  For instance, if you request to be prequalified by a lender, or if you request real estate service outside our brokerage areas, you consent for AyAMi to share personal information such as your name, email address and phone number with a third-party partner as needed to provide the service you requested. You may opt out of the sharing of your Personal Information described in this section by using the contact information listed at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Legal obligation or protection from harm

When AyAMi Group has a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the Personal Information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any requirement of law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce or investigate a potential violation of the Terms of Use, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise respond to fraud, security or technical concerns, (d) support auditing and compliance functions, or (e) protect the rights, property, or safety of AyAMi Group, its users, or the public against harm.

Merger or Acquisition of Business

If and when AyAMi Group is involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of transfer or sale of some or all of its business, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, Personal Information may be transferred along with the business.

Personal Information

When you provide public information without identifying yourself, we will protect your personal identity as described above. If your account profile does not identify you personally, AyAMi Group won't reveal your identity to third parties except in accordance with this policy. You should keep in mind that the information that you choose to provide in a public area of the Services (such as your profile page or the discussion forums) will not be protected by this privacy policy because you have made an active choice to make that information public. We are not responsible for any Personal Information you choose to submit in any public area of the Services. When we deliver ads based on data about your use of the Services, we keep your identity anonymous. We won't identify you personally to third parties, except in accordance with this privacy policy. Of course, if you choose to respond to an advertised offer with your name and contact information, you will no longer be anonymous to the advertiser. Further, while we do not share your Personal Information with third parties unless permitted above, AyAMi Group may share aggregate anonymous information with third-parties. Email Management

You may receive email from AyAMi Group for a variety of reasons - for example, if you took an action through the Services, or you signed up for a regular report. We respect your desire to manage email correspondence. If you have an account with AyAMi Group, you can select your preferences through your account page. Also, you can manage your receipt of some types of communication by following the instructions included in the email we send you. Please note that, even if you unsubscribe from certain email correspondences, we may still need to email you with important transactional or administrative information.

Text Messages

You may also receive text messages from AyAMi Group for a variety of reasons – for example, you request a home showing, a home valuation report, to be contacted by an agent, or you list your home for sale with us. You consent to receiving text messages when requesting our services, even if you are registered on a federal or state do-not-call list. Note that standard carrier rates and charges may apply. You may opt out of text messages by using the contact information listed at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Behavioral Advertising

We may participate in behavioral advertising. This means that, for example, when you use the Services, we or third party service providers or advertisers may use cookies or other similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Services (including mobile applications) or your online activities over time and across different Web sites. Collected information may include the content you view, the date and time that you view this content, and the Web site that referred you to the Services, and this information may be associated with your unique browser, device identifier, or Internet Protocol address. These practices help tailor advertisements that are relevant and useful to you. These tailored advertisements may appear on the Services or on other websites, applications or properties. In addition, if you have provided your email address to us, we may use a scrambled, unreadable form (a hash) of your email address to deliver tailored advertisements to you on the Services or on other websites, including via Facebook’s Custom Audience Feature or other similar Facebook tools. We will not share your email address with Facebook. At certain points where Personal Information is collected on our Site, there may be a box to indicate that you wish to receive certain information or communications from us. You may opt out of receiving electronic communications, such as emails from us at any time.  You may also opt-out or change your preferences by providing opt-out instructions – e.g. sending an email to info@ayamigroup.com including the contact information we are using to communicate with you, such as your email address.  Be sure to let us know the specific types of communications you no longer wish to receive. 

Location Data

AyAMi Group can provide you with helpful information based on where you are. If you tell AyAMi Group where you are (e.g., by allowing your mobile device to send AyAMi Group your location), AyAMi Group may use that information to provide you with location-based information and advertising. If you wish to deactivate this feature, you can disable location services on your mobile device.

Third-Party Websites

Throughout the Services, we may link to the websites of other companies and/or individuals. Further, certain functionalities on AyAMi Group may involve the distribution of your listing information to third-party websites. These third-party websites may collect Personal Information about users on those websites, and AyAMi Group 's privacy policy does not extend to these external websites and third parties. Please refer directly to these third parties and websites regarding their privacy policies.

Please note that this policy may be amended from time to time. You should check back for the most current version before relying on any of the provisions in this privacy policy. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

While we are ready to assist you in managing the Personal Information you provide to us, we cannot always delete records due to financial reporting, compliance, or other reasons.
