NeighborWorks® New Horizons strengthens neighborhoods by developing quality affordable homes and supporting community building initiatives in New Haven, Fairfield, Southern Hartford and New London Counties. Founded in 1992, NeighborWorks® New Horizons has developed and manages 750+ housing units of affordable rental properties and 12 commercial units where residents have a leadership role.
